Terms of service

Purchase of original, or reproduced artwork, is not an assignment of copyright. All rights of reproduction and commercial or public use are retained by the artist, Jamie Pomeranz.

All bookings including but not limited to virtual or in person lessons, workshops, live painting events,  coaching or mentoring sessions, and social media account reviews must be booked within one year of payment or rescheduled within one year of the original event date. Credit is non-transferable. No refunds.
