All sales are final. Exchanges may be made for items of equal or lesser value, if the item is in acceptable condition and is still part of the current collection. Accepting an exchange is at the compete discretion of Devils May Care. Any shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Wholesale accounts may be responsible for a restocking fee when making exchanges.

All images, designs, and products are the copyrighted property of Devils May Care.  Written permission (emails are acceptable) must be obtained to use any DMC images for any reason not mentioned in this policy section.

- Subjects/models of DMC productions may use the images they are featured in, or images of products they are featured on, for self promotion (such as in personal portfolios, personal websites, social network profiles), or for the promotion of Devils May Care.

- Wholesale accounts may use product and catalog images for use on their websites to aid in the sale of Devils May Care products carried by the retailer.

- Neither subjects/models or retailers have the authority to approve reproduction or distribution to any third party.

Devils May Care does not work on consignment. Payment is due with the placement of each order. There is a 6 piece minimum per design. Retailers are responsible for all shipping charges.

Devils May Care uses the US Postal Service for all shipping. Shipping is calculated on a flat rate based on the size box needed to complete the order. International orders may require addition shipping charges.  DMC reserves the right add this additional shipping charge to the credit card provided.

Statements from all outside sources, including press, comments, and blog postings, are the beliefs of the authors of those statements and not that of DMC. DMC is not liable for any statements made by third parties posted on this site or from any unauthorized sources.
